10/28 menu plan

Monday:
soup, salad, frittata, or bowls/meal prep monday
instantpot creamy ziti (use spaghetti in pantry) + chicken meatballs (from freezer)

Tuesday: 
taco tuesday
best ground beef tacos (add in riced caulflower when sauteeing onion + puree spinach into tomato sauce)
guac + crema + cheese + pico + lettuce + diced tomatoes
make crunch wrap copycat for B?

mexican rice + refried beans + heb queso blanco + el milagro tortilla chips for haley
(rice adaptations: I use a few shakes of dried, minced onion, I omit the oil, and I put all the ingredients in my rice cooker and cook it on the white rice setting)

Wednesday:
fish sticks + tater tots + tartar sauce

Thursday:
halloween
tamales (order ahead of time)

Friday:
pizza or pasta
(double sauce, use vegetable pasta, add in riced cauliflower when sauteeing garlic)
broiled bread + caesar salad or roasted green beans

Saturday:
snack dinner saturday
or hamburgers + tater tots

Sunday:
quick, slow cooker, or instant pot
bbq festival
