10/14 menu plan

Monday:
soup, salad, frittata, or bowls/meal prep monday
chicken pot pie (from freezer) (no linked recipe - search "chicken pot pie" in top left search bar to find my notes from a few weeks back when I made it - similar to this, but I used puff pastry and frozen veggies)
leftover fruit

Tuesday: 
twice baked potatoes (make extra for freezer) - serve with bacon + sour cream for B
sliced pears + heb chopped bbq ranch salad

Wednesday:
best ground beef tacos (from freezer) (I used the original recipe but added in riced caulflower when sauteeing onion + pureed spinach into tomato sauce)
guac + pico + cheese + crema + diced tomatoes + lettuce

Thursday:
sandwiches or leftovers

Friday:
pizza or pasta
meatball subs (use mozzarella stuffed meatballs in freezer)

Saturday:
ut game

Sunday:
quick, slow cooker, or instant pot
pull out bratwurst and buns (both from freezer) + sauerkraut from fridge
