Monday:
soup, salad, frittata, or bowls/meal prep mondaypigs in a blanket + loaded baked potato soup
(potato soup notes: double cheese - I used 2 c sharp cheddar, omit onions) (also, to bake potatoes, I put them in a cold oven, turn oven to 425, then take them out after an hour -- for some reason when I followed her directions, they wouldn't be cooked all the way sometimes)
Wednesday:
chicken caesar wraps (use rotisserie chicken and caesar dressing) (brett uses ranch dressing) (if I'm not making my own dressing, I always splurge on the refrigerated salad dressing - if you live near an heb, their heb brand of refrigerated salad dressings in the produce section are THE BEST)
Thursday:
sandwiches or leftovers
saucy pulled pork sandwiches (skip searing, cook in crockpot on low) (edited to add: used regular chili powder bc I was out of chipotle chili powder)
hawaiian rolls + coleslaw + good pickles (not the shelf stable kind! splurge on the fancy refrigerated pickles!)
leftover copycat rudy's creamed corn + twice baked potatoes
Friday:
pizza or pasta
Saturday:
quick, slow cooker, or instant potleftovers
Sunday:
quick, slow cooker, or instant pot
