9/9 menu plan

Monday:
soup, salad, or bowls/meal prep monday
creamy chicken noodle soup (use rotisserie chicken) (double, freeze)

meal prep monday:
  • banana muffins (add walnuts) (double, freeze)
  • cut watermelon, cut sweet potatoes

Tuesday: 
taco tuesday
loaded guacamole + chips
(mashed avo + cotija + pepitas)
+ cheese quesadillas for B

Wednesday:
fish + fruit + veggies
costco frozen cod + tartar sauce
roasted sweet potato cubes (I cook wayyyy longer - until there are crispy edges and caramelized cheese)
+ leftover watermelon

Thursday:
sandwiches or leftovers

Friday:
pizza or pasta
costco chicken alfredo
leftover fruit

Saturday:
snack dinner saturday
leftover cheese + crackers
use leftover avocado to make little avo toasts (or make a side of guac)
leftover sweet potatoes + ketchup
leftover fruit

Sunday:
quick, slow cooker, or instant pot
brunch: perfect blueberry muffins (double, freeze)
king ranch casserole (from freezer) + leftover fruit
loaded guac (mashed avo + pepitas + cotija) + chips
