9/16 menu plan

Monday:
soup, salad, frittata, or bowls/meal prep monday
oven omelette - use half bag of frozen hashbrowns and one bag of shredded sharp cheese instead of their add-ins - keep egg/milk/salt ratio and oven temp the same
+ fruit

meal prep monday:

Tuesday: 
taco tuesday
loaded guacamole + chips
(mashed avo + cotija + pepitas)
+ cheese quesadillas for B

Wednesday:
fish + fruit + veggies
salmon caesar salad (use blackened salmon, use heb caesar dressing) 
buttermilk drop biscuits  (doubled recipe, blended 1 bag of spinach into the buttermilk)

  • bake: thin and crispy oatmeal cookies and butterfinger cookies (PSA: we keep our cookies in the freezer so that 1) we don't have to eat a boatload of cookies by ourselves in a week and 2) Brett likes to have something sweet at night, and this way he has an assortment to choose from)

Thursday:
sandwiches or leftovers

Friday:
pizza or pasta
changed last minute to leftover oven omelette + peaches + leftover caesar salad
moved mac and cheese (what was planned) to next week
trying to clean out fridge for upcoming trip

Saturday:
snack dinner saturday
leftover salmon + tartar sauce
leftover caesar salad
leftover fruit
leftover creamy jalapeno lolololol

Sunday:
quick, slow cooker, or instant pot
surprise trip!!!!!!!!!!
