10/7 menu plan

Monday:
soup, salad, frittata, or bowls/meal prep monday
slow cooker four packet roast (add carrots)
mashed potatoes + drop biscuits (from freezer)

Tuesday: 
ravioli casserole (from freezer) + garlic bread + chopped Costco salad (the one with basil vinaigrette)
use hamburger buns in freezer for garlic bread?

Wednesday:
fish + fruit + veggies
haley's lunch: slow cooker broccoli cheese soup (from freezer) + saltines
king ranch casserole (from freezer) + cut up pears and apples
maybe mashed avo (+ tortilla chips?)

  • bake: tbd (PSA: we keep our cookies in the freezer so that 1) we don't have to eat a boatload of cookies by ourselves in a week and 2) Brett likes to have something sweet at night, and this way he has an assortment to choose from)

Thursday:
eat out with family

Friday:
pizza or pasta
costco frozen pizza + caesar salad

Saturday:
snack dinner saturday
ou game: ham and cheese sliders  + tater tots (in freezer) + pears


Sunday:
quick, slow cooker, or instant pot
fish taco bowls (inspired by this recipe)
frozen breaded cod from costco + tortillas (just in case)
cabbage + lettuce + tomatoes + pico + guac + cheese + creamy jalapeno
