11/4 menu plan

Monday:
soup, salad, frittata, or bowls/meal prep monday
cheez eggs (I omit the butter, just bc I forgot one time) + toast + fruit

Tuesday: 
taco tuesday
mashed avo + cotija + pepitas + tortilla chips
cheese quesadillas for B

Wednesday:
cheez eggs (I omit the butter, just bc I forgot one time) + toast 
leftover apples + sliced citrus
turn leftover romaine into caesar salad
roast the lurking green beans in the fridge?

Thursday:
grilled chicken (from TJ's) + mixed greens + goat cheese + diced apples (or other seasonal fruit) + TJ's candied pecans + balsamic vin + diced red onion (optional)
TJ's garlic and cheese breadsticks + parmesan roasted sweet potatoes

Friday:
pizza or pasta
date night

Saturday:
snack dinner saturday
football game - eat out

Sunday:
quick, slow cooker, or instant pot
brunch: old fashioned sour cream coffee cake (double/freeze - see notes at bottom)
dinner: out with brett's parents
