twice baked potatoes (adaptations below)
- I've never checked the ingredient list - I more use this recipe for general guidelines. But I make my mashed potatoes with salt, cream cheese, and milk/half and half/cream (whatever I need to use up in the fridge), if that helps.
- in the past the cheese hasn't reheated well, so I'm trying something new where I made the twice baked potatoes all the way (like, melted cheese and everything), then froze four twice baked potatoes per one of these containers (am I making sense? you do you, boo)
- oven bake bacon for Brett (he likes to sprinkle bacon on his twice baked potatoes and/or on the potato skins afterwards) + for sandwiches this week
