4/13 menu plan

Monday:
meal prep monday
+ baked potatoes (and baked potato fixings for B, maybe?)
whole wheat dinner muffins + roasted green beans (explained in this post)

    • food prep:
      • prep produce + dinner ingredients for week
      • shop my favorite meal prep goodies here
      • trying to post more photos of this on my Instagram feed and story highlights, if you need ideas

Tuesday: 
taco-ish tuesday
bean and cheese nachos (see this post for directions)
    • food prep:
      • assemble yogurt parfaits for the week, if needed
      • assemble snack boxes for the week (see my favorite containers here), if needed
        • this week: tbd
        • trying to prep 3-4 snack boxes ahead of time to keep in the fridge, as Pregnant Haley gets ravenously hungry these days with no warning whatsoever
      • visit my Pinterest boards to see where I save all bistro box and yogurt parfait inspiration and ideas
      • trying to post more of this on my Instagram feed + stories, if you need more ideas

Wednesday:
chicken tortilla soup (grabbed to go from chuy's a few weeks back and froze)
add in green chile rice (grabbed from chuy's to go a few weeks back and froze)

    Thursday:
    whatever tf you want (leftover night)
    leftover baked potatoes + bagged salad

    Friday:
    snack dinner

    Saturday:
    slow cooker or something quick
    bean and cheese nachos (see this post for directions)
    or club sandwiches/BLTs with bagged salads

    Sunday:
    brett grills 
    burgers (from freezer) + tater tots
    (make hamburger buns if unable to find)
