1/13 menu plan

Monday:
meal prep monday
slow cooker pinto beans + jalapeno sausage (from freezer)
with mashed avo, thick shredded cheese, and FRITOS! (or you could do brown rice - SO GOOD)
sliced grapefruit (or beg brett to juice grapefruit)

  • I reheat my frozen beans/soups in a small slow cooker like this

      Tuesday: 
      sweet balsamic glazed pork loin (slow cooker or instant pot) (freeze leftovers)
      potato bundles + roasted veggies
        Wednesday:
        chicken/fish + veggies
        (fish sticks for brett) skillet creamy mac and cheese (use cheese in fridge and pasta, evap milk in pantry)
        + roasted veggies


        Thursday:
        sandwiches or leftovers

        Friday:
        snack dinner or something quick
        smoothies and avo toast and scrambled eggs?


        Saturday:
        spaghetti and meatballs (use up marinara sauce + pasta in pantry, grab frozen meatballs)
        caesar salad + frozen garlic bread lol

        Sunday:
        quick, slow cooker, or instant pot
        breakfast: blueberry muffins (from freezer)
        cook up bacon in freezer
        BLTs + roasted sweet potato cubes (I cook them much longer - until caramelized)
