sunday: grill and chill

- brett grills chicken for chicken caesar wraps
- use refrigerated caesar dressing (near the produce) - its SO MUCH BETTER
- we use halved cherry tomatoes, romaine lettuce, and shredded (not powdered!) parmesan cheese with good flour tortillas
- brett crumbles croutons (either caesar croutons, or cheese/garlic croutons) to sprinkle on top - this part is essential to add crunch to every bite

- making yogurt muffins this week (make plain version so we can enjoy with butter/jam)
- freeze leftovers, or double the batch and freeze half

- but let's do it with my favorite jimmy john's bread - explained in this post
- i love to do some oven roasted bacon (to sprinkle on soup and/or make BLTs)
- I love my oven rack and baking sheets for baking bacon
- we also love our tomato knife + our panini press
tuesday:
copycat chipotle bowls
- use copycat chipotle chicken brett grilled on sunday
- also make:
- copycat chipotle pinto beans
- copycat chipotle cilantro lime rice
- mashed avocado + pico + diced red onions + TJ's jalapeno sauce + shredded lettuce + quesadilla or MJ cheese + crema or sour cream
- crispy tacos too because my chipotle order is three crispy tacos with chipotle's pinto beans and monterrey jack cheese IT'S SO GOOD
- could get big ol burrito tortillas so brett can make his burrito?
- ALSO psa i love my avocado tool
with big bowl of whatever fruit. or that bagged southwest salad we like.
thursday:
with roasted potatoes, garlic green beans, and leftover fruit
friday: fajita friday or leftovers or something from the freezer
