2/7 menu plan

sunday: grill and chill  
    • brett grills wings for superbowl + grills chicken for the week
    • mashed avo + queso + creamy jalapeno
    • carrots + celery + dressing

prep dinner things: “What can I do now that will make eating at home this week easier?"
make food for me
  • make a batch of this oatmeal for the week, if needed
  • make a batch of soft scrambled eggs, if needed
  • make an oven omelette for the week, if needed
  • make smoothie cups and/or yogurt parfaits, if needed

  • make snack boxes in divided glass containers like this, if needed:

bean and cheese nachos with leftover creamy jalapeno (brett could add sunday's chicken to his)

leftovers


thursday:
one pot chicken and rice (use grilled chicken from sunday)
bagged salad + whatever fruit we have lying around


friday: fajita friday or leftovers
