1/10 menu plan

 sunday: grill and chill  



weekly meal prep:

    monday: 

    tuesday:
    favorite rotisserie chicken sandwiches with leftover chicken (or BLTs)
    roasted sweet potato cubes (I don't peel them, I use actual parmesan, and I cook them much longer - until caramelized) 
    cut or supremed citrus

    wednesday:
    leftovers

    thursday:
    slow cooker chicken stroganoff + brown rice 
    • I don't cube the chicken - I just shred it once it's cooked
    • I use butter
    • I mix cooked brown rice in at the end to make a creamy chicken and rice situation SO GOOD
    • I love my rice cooker + my favorite slow cooker
    roasted broccoli + roasted cauliflower

    friday: fajita friday or leftovers
