3/16 menu plan

Monday:
meal prep monday
leftovers

make cream cheese pound cake + cool whip + strawberries (turn leftover strawberries into this strawberry topping before they go bad?)

  • food prep:

Tuesday: 
taco-ish tuesday
leftover chuy's chicken tortilla soup + green chile rice
toasted english muffins + chopped costco salad

make freezer croissant breakfast sandwiches (before croissants go bad)(scrambled egg + american cheese for personal preference)

Wednesday:
spicy honey whole roasted chicken (use chicken in freezer)
costco bagged salad (add croutons from pantry) + roasted sweet potatoes

Thursday:
whatever tf you want (leftover night)
BLTs + costco salad + fruit

Friday:
snack dinner or something quick
oatmeal pancakes + smoothies

Saturday:
slow cooker or something quick
slow cooker pinto beans and jalapeno sausage (omit sausage if not available)

Sunday:
brett grills
burgers (from freezer) + tater tots
  • food prep:
    • prep produce for week
    • make smoothie cups, if needed
