8/19 menu plan

Monday:
soup, salad, or bowls/meal prep monday
slow cooker broccoli cheese soup (freeze half)
onion roasted red potatoes (eat leftovers potatoes with eggs this week before swim)

Tuesday: 
taco-ish tuesday
thick, shredded cheese + mashed avo
with rice or fritos

Wednesday:
fish + fruit + veggies
fish taco bowls (use costco cod in freezer + creamy jalapeno + red cabbage + crema so it's like chuys)

Thursday:
sandwiches or leftovers

Friday:
pizza or pasta
dinner : pepperoni pizza quesadilla or naan pizza (use up lurking pepperoni in freezer) 
+ ranch dressing (use first comment's modifications)

Saturday:
snack dinner saturday

Sunday:
quick, slow cooker, or instant pot
brunch: old fashioned sour cream coffee cake (double/freeze - see notes at bottom)
brett grills burgers (use up leftover burger stuff in freezer)
tater tots + fruit
