buttermilk drop biscuits (doubled recipe, blended 1 bag of spinach into the buttermilk)
- bake: classic oatmeal chocolate chip cookies (PSA: we keep our cookies in the freezer so that 1) we don't have to eat a boatload of cookies by ourselves in a week and 2) Brett likes to have something sweet at night, and this way he has an assortment to choose from)
