9/2 menu plan

Monday:
soup, salad, or bowls/meal prep monday
dinner with fam

Tuesday: 
taco tuesday
loaded guacamole + chips
(mashed avo + cotija + pepitas)
+ cheese quesadillas for B

Wednesday:
fish + fruit + veggies
chicken caesar pasta salad (use blackened salmon instead of chicken, use heb caesar dressing instead of homemade) make mason jar salads with leftovers?
buttermilk drop biscuits  (doubled recipe, blended 1 bag of spinach into the buttermilk)

  • bake: classic oatmeal chocolate chip cookies  (PSA: we keep our cookies in the freezer so that 1) we don't have to eat a boatload of cookies by ourselves in a week and 2) Brett likes to have something sweet at night, and this way he has an assortment to choose from)

Thursday:
breakfast casserole (I use two cans or crescent roll per recipe - so a double layer - so that it tastes prettyyyy darn similar to a sausage egg and cheese biscuit ha) (double recipe, bake, cut into strips, freeze) + fruit

Friday:
pizza or pasta
costco pizza + ranch dressing

Saturday:
snack dinner saturday

Sunday:
quick, slow cooker, or instant pot
leftovers
