5/10 menu plan

Friday: 
prep: orange berry fruit salad (omit poppy seeds), use leftover beans to make a big stash of bean+cheese quesadillas for freezer (similar to this idea),  freezer PB&Js

dinner: date night

Saturday: 
breakfast: freezer breakfast quesadillas (do tater tots + egg + cheese --- maybe with tiny, tiny spinach blended into raw eggs before scrambling like this blogger does?), 
lunch: sandwiches (use turkey + tomatoes in fridge)
dinner: out? leftovers at home?

Sunday: 
make some regular margaritas + pineapple margaritas for the pool
leftovers

Monday:
loaded broccoli cheese bacon soup (freeze leftovers, leave cooked bacon in separate bag)
leftover fruit salad
buttermilk drop biscuits (how do these fare if spinach puree is added? like how this recipe blends the spinach into the wet stuff?) (double for freezer)

Tuesday:
crockpot beans + sausage (from freezer)
serve with thick, shredded cheese (and cornbread?)
leftover fruit salad

Wednesday: 
sloppy joe cups (use half a biscuit in each) (double, freeze leftovers) (use sloppy joes from freezer)
mixed greens + ranch dressing
leftover fruit salad (freeze the rest for smoothies)

Thursday:
prep for freezer: make ahead twice baked potatoes
roasted potatoes, onions, and sausage (use TJ's onion salt instead of rosemary, mashed potatoes in freezer instead of potatoes) + leftover biscuits
leftover salad

Friday: 
lunch: avocado toast (or turkey sandwiches!) + smoothies
dinner: out (baseball game!)

Saturday:

bake: black and white cheesecake squares
brett grills hamburgers and hotdogs

Sunday:
turkey club sandwich + honey mustard to dip
chips, watermelon, grapes
