4/26 menu plan

Friday: 
lunch: tomato soup (from freezer, with arborio rice added like she describes) + grilled cheese
dinner: crockpot pinto beans + jalapeno sausage (use ham hock in freezer)
brown rice + thick, shredded mexican cheese
late night for b and friends: pigs in a blanket (pull from freezer) + mustard

Saturday: 
breakfast for b and friends: breakfast casserole (x2, from freezer) + tater tots +grapefruit slices + mandarin oranges + OJ
slow cooker broccoli cheese soup (from freezer) + saltines

Sunday-Thursday: 
brett goes to wisconsin
bake: pancake muffins (use mom's oatmeal pancake recipe)
avocado toast + smoothies
grilled cheese sandwiches
leftover beans (+mashed avocado + fritos)
leftover soup
leftover breakfast casserole + pigs in a blanket
