3/22 menu plan

Friday:

Sunday: 

Brett makes Kenji's bbq roast chicken (use up bbq sauce in fridge)
apple grape and candied pecan salad with maple mustard dressing
skillet macaroni and cheese
oven roasted sweet potatoes (use up shallot and sweet potato in pantry, roast until charred ~45 min)

Monday:

roasted potatoes, sausage, and peppers (use sausage in freezer, omit potatoes, use 1 red 1 green pepper, use TJ's onion salt instead of rosemary)
pull mashed potatoes out of freezer, eat potatoes with sausage/peppers on top

Tuesday:
easy chicken parmesan sliders (use up rolls + lurking red sauces in fridge)
french fries

Wednesday:

leftovers

Thursday:

best chicken enchiladas ever (from freezer) + mashed avocado
