3/15 menu plan

Friday: 
breakfast for dinner
make waffles for week

Saturday: Brett grills/cooks
lunch: 
potato soup + leftover bacon + leftover green onions + cheese
loaded baked potato soup (double cheese - I used 2 c sharp cheddar, omit onions) (also, to bake potatoes, I put them in a cold oven, turn oven to 425, then take them out after an hour -- for some reason when I followed her directions, they wouldn't be cooked all the way sometimes)
dinner: antonelli's cheese + charcuterie board 

Sunday: Brett grills/prep for week

breakfast: cowboy quiche + berries
prep: cut tomatoes for sandwiches, make yogurt parfaits, make egg muffins, make overnight oats
grilled chicken + mashed pinto beans + mexican rice
crema + mashed avocado + pico + shredded lettuce

Monday: 

naan pizza + ranch + fruit

Tuesday:

burrito bowls using leftover beans + pico + chicken + mashed avocado + cheese + rice
or bean and cheese quesadillas + mashed avocado
freeze leftover beans


Wednesday:
risotto (omit mushrooms and white wine - just bc we never have white wine)
(can leftover risotto be frozen?)
leftover chicken + roasted broccoli

Thursday: Sandwiches, pizza, or quesadillas/nachos
BLTs/club sandwiches + leftover fruit
