Friday: 
lunch: avocado toast + smoothies
eat out

Saturday: 
lunch: sandwiches + smoothies
dinner: leftover enchiladas (from freezer) + salsa, pico, crema

Sunday: 
brunch: eat out
taco meat (from freezer) - use crispy tacos in pantry
beans + lettuce + pico + cheese + crema + mashed avocado
prep: make salad dressing, make mason jar salads (quinoa + sliced strawberries, hempseeds, flaxseeds, goat or feta cheese, candied or toasted pecans, spinach), make yogurt parfaits (oats, hemp seeds, flaxseed + yogurt + berries), slice grapefruit

Monday: 
Brett makes roast chicken from The Food Lab
leftover salad + grapefruit

Tuesday - Thursday: Brett gone
smoothies + toast
beans + fritos
sandwiches or quesadillas
leftover beans + mashed avocado + fritos/tortilla chips
broccoli cheese soup (from freezer) + crackers
leftovers
