12/8 menu plan

saturday:
lunch: creamy tomato tortellini soup (double for freezer) + garlic bread
cheesy broccoli quinoa casserole (double recipe but keep quinoa at 1.5 cups triple sauce so it's saucier)

sunday:
leftover quinoa casserole + roasted sweet potatoes
mixed greens + bal vin (omit garlic + pepper, use honey instead of sugar) + candied pecans + apple + goat cheese

monday
brett grills bratwurst
sauerkraut + leftover salad + leftover sweet potatoes

tuesday:
lunch: easy pepperoni pizza muffins + caesar salad
mozzarella stuffed homemade meatballs (x5 for freezer)
garlic bread meatball subs: sauce + garlic bread + meatballs

wednesday:
chicken spaghetti (double for freezer) (saute veggies first -- too crunchy if you don't)
crispy roasted broccoli (basically you coat broccoli in EVOO + seasonings and roast at 425 until blackened and crispy)

thursday:
date night - try pasta house

friday:
black bean tacos (we omit onions and just do beans + extra cheese)
