12/6 menu plan

sunday: 
dinner: grill and chill  

weekly meal prep:

monday: 
caprese tortellini pasta salad + leftover spicy honey chicken cut citrus 
(or leftover bread/green beans?)
(use trader joe's balsamic glaze, use costco tortellini in freezer)

tuesday:
burrito bowls
leftover grilled chicken from sunday 
rice + instant pot black beans (both prepped on sunday)
lettuce + pico + crema + costco queso + mashed avo

wednesday:
potato frittata (I use my mandoline + my favorite peeler)
+ leftover salad (could add leftover chicken)
use tj's croissants in freezer?

thursday:
tj's pasta thing in freezer
could do a caesar salad? with leftover chicken?
cut citrus

friday:
cut citrus (or leftover green beans?)
  • grab fajita family pack from chuy's 
  • orrrr eat leftovers, depending on fridge situation + our mood
    • shop my favorite leftover containers here
    • shop my pantry + kitchen here
