      • assemble yogurt parfaits for the week, if needed
      • assemble snack/bistro boxes for the week (see my favorite containers here), if needed
      • make smoothie cups, if needed

(use ground beef and/or turkey + add in riced caulflower when sauteeing onion + puree spinach into tomato sauce - see my Instagram post here)
crunchy tacos + mashed avocado + pico + diced tomatoes + shredded lettuce + quesadilla cheese + crema

    • (except I don't peel these and I roast these for muuuch longer - until caramelized and bits of crispy - probably like 45ish minutes)
