8/2 menu plan

sunday: 
grill and chill  

monday: 
meal prep monday
chicken spaghetti (use rotisserie chicken in freezer, saute pepper/onion first - otherwise i find too crunchy) - freeze half in containers like this
salad mix + ranch dressing in my favorite dressing container
(or bagged, chopped salad)

taco-ish tuesday
chuy's chicken tortilla soup (pulled from freezer) + chuy's green chili rice (pulled from freezer)
(mix soup and rice)
add shredded cheese, mashed avocado, tortilla chips
buttered english muffins or cheese quesadillas on the side

    wednesday:
    biscuits and gravy (use pork sausage in freezer) (use biscuits in freezer)
    leftover fruit

      thursday:
      pizza night

        friday:
        fajita friday
