2/3 menu plan

Monday:
meal prep monday - soup/veggies/bread
brett out of town- smoothies and toast

Tuesday: 
brett out of town - smoothies and toast

Wednesday:
bean and cheese nachos
chicken quesadillas

Thursday:
chicken caesar wrap (use leftover caesar salad stuff from monday, use leftover chicken/tortillas from tuesday)
OR! leftover grilled chicken with garlic alfredo pasta
  • shop my favorite leftover containers here
  • shop my favorite cooking items
  • double sauce, freeze leftover garlic alfredo pasta in containers like this (reheat slowlyyyy with a little bit of added liquid and it's wonderful!)
  • sometimes I add riced caulfilower to this recipe and saute the heck out of it right before adding the garlic until all "bite" is gone - when I do this you can't even tell there's added cauliflower!

Friday:
snack dinner or something quick
out with jen


Saturday:
quick, slow cooker, or instant pot
frito pie (slow cooker chili from freezer + frito scoops + thick, shredded cheese)

Sunday:
quick, slow cooker, or instant pot
