- double sauce, freeze leftover garlic alfredo pasta in containers like this (reheat slowlyyyy with a little bit of added liquid and it's wonderful!)
- sometimes I add riced caulfilower to this recipe and saute the heck out of it right before adding the garlic until all "bite" is gone - when I do this you can't even tell there's added cauliflower!
