- bake a batch of halved grapefruit
- make a container of supremed oranges + grapefruit
- slice apples, slice grapefruit
- assemble yogurt parfaits
- (yogurt + hempseeds + fruit...then add granola just before eating)
- make oven omelette
- half the recipe, omit the pepper, use half a bag of frozen tater tots + half a bag of mexican shredded cheese, cook for 30ish minutes
- (or use this recipe, but omit bacon for personal preference)
- balsamic vinaigrette
- make blueberry muffins (double, freeze)
- grab refried beans from chuys?

brett grills chicken
chicken + cheese quesadillas
mashed avocado
Wednesday:
chicken/fish + vegetables

grilled chicken + spinach + goat cheese + tj's candied pecans + halved grapes and/or diced apples + thinly sliced red onion (optional) + balsamic vinaigrette

brunch: cinnamon roll waffles

english muffin pizzas (from freezer) with veggie packed pizza sauce (I think I used spinach + steamed cauliflower + steamed carrots) and high-fiber english muffins
roasted green beans (olive oil + tj's onion salt, 400 degrees until shriveled and caramelized)

Sunday:
quick, slow cooker, or instant pot
dinner: slow cooker pinto beans + sausage
thick, shredded cheese + mashed avo
with rice or fritos or cornbread
