taco-ish tuesday
costco taquitos + mashed avocado
Wednesday:
chicken/fish + vegetables
chicken/fish + vegetables
chicken caesar wraps (use rotisserie chicken, and caesar dressing)
Thursday:
saucy pulled pork sandwiches (from freezer, reheated in crockpot with extra bbq sauce) (but when I originally made it, I skipped searing step, cooked it in crockpot on low, and used regular chili powder instead of chipotle chili powder)
hawaiian rolls + bbq sauce + coleslaw + good pickles (not the shelf stable kind! splurge on the fancy refrigerated pickles!)
tater tots or fruit?
Friday:
pizza + movie
frozen pizza + caesar salad
Saturday:
snack dinner saturday
could also do slow cooker broccoli cheese soup (from freezer) + saltines?
Sunday:
quick, slow cooker, or instant pot
brunch: with jess
dinner: slow cooker pinto beans + sausage
dinner: slow cooker pinto beans + sausage
thick, shredded cheese + mashed avo
with rice or fritos or cornbread
