8/5 menu plan

Monday:
soup, salad, or bowls /meal prep monday
greek chicken bowls (use rotisserie chicken + trader joe's tzatziki sauce) (we omitted rice so brett ended up eating this in tortillas AND LOVED IT)

Tuesday: 
taco tuesday
cheese quesadillas (could use leftover rotisserie chicken) + mashed avo (maybe with pepitas + cotija)

Wednesday:
fish + fruit + veggies
salmon caesar salad (could add in leftover veggies from monday, use lurking bottle of heb caesar in fridge, use frozen bag of costco salmon in freezer, blacken salmon like this)
  • bake: classic oatmeal chocolate chip cookie (PSA: we keep our cookies in the freezer so that 1) we don't have to eat a boatload of cookies by ourselves in a week and 2) Brett likes to have something sweet at night, and this way he has an assortment to choose from)

Thursday:
sandwiches or leftovers

Friday:
pizza or pasta
out with jen

Saturday:
quick, slow cooker, or instant pot
naan pizza (use up lurking pepperoni in freezer) 
ranch dressing (use first comment's modifications)

Sunday:
quick, slow cooker, or instant pot
BLTs or leftover salad
