7/29 menu plan

Monday:
fish + fruit + veggies (also meal prep monday)
costco fish + fruit + roasted veggies

Tuesday: brett gone
taco tuesday
loaded guacamole + chips
mashed avo + cotija + pepitas + pico
(+ cheese quesadillas for B)

Wednesday:
quick, slow cooker, or instant pot
freezer ready mini pizzas (from freezer, using hidden veggie pizza sauce and high fiber english muffins) (for the power packed pizza sauce  I used 6oz bag of spinach, 1 bag of steamed carrots, 1 bag of steamed cauliflower)
  • bake: peanut butter chocolate chip cookies (PSA: we keep our cookies in the freezer so that 1) we don't have to eat a boatload of cookies by ourselves in a week and 2) Brett likes to have something sweet at night, and this way he has an assortment to choose from)

Thursday:
sandwiches or leftovers

Friday:
pizza or pasta
sausage and cheese tortellini pasta 
lettuce + heb caesar dressing

Saturday:
quick, slow cooker, or instant pot
lunch: sandwiches + chips
dinner: savory ham and cheese breakfast bake (use ham and bread in freezer) + fruit

Sunday:
quick, slow cooker, or instant pot
dinner : pepperoni pizza quesadilla
salad + ranch dressing (use first comment's modifications)
