freezer ready mini pizzas (from freezer, using hidden veggie pizza sauce and high fiber english muffins) (for the power packed pizza sauce I used 6oz bag of spinach, 1 bag of steamed carrots, 1 bag of steamed cauliflower)- bake: peanut butter chocolate chip cookies (PSA: we keep our cookies in the freezer so that 1) we don't have to eat a boatload of cookies by ourselves in a week and 2) Brett likes to have something sweet at night, and this way he has an assortment to choose from)

sandwiches or leftovers

lunch: sandwiches + chips
