3/1 menu plan

Friday: Date night

Saturday: Brett grills/cooks
lunch: sandwiches + chips

dinner: sandwiches/leftovers

Sunday: Brett grills/prep for week
breakfast: breakfast sandwiches (use bacon in fridge)
dinner: spicy honey whole roasted chicken
twice baked potatoes (from freezer) + salad + drop biscuits
mixed greens + goat cheese + diced apples + trader joe's candied pecans + bal vin

prep:make black beans, make waffles (mom's oatmeal pancake recipe + flaxseed),  cut citrus, dice apples, make green juice, make yogurt parfaits (leave granola separate?), make mason jar salads (use leftover ingredients from sunday's dinner salad), make balsamic vinaigrettemake crunchy granola bites,

Monday: beans
leftovers

Tuesday: cook or pull something from freezer
cheesy broccoli quinoa chicken casserole + leftover salad + leftover drop biscuits

Wednesday: cook or pull something from freezer 

mozzarella stuffed meatballs (from freezer) + sauce + pasta + parmesan
garlic bread + crispy roasted broccoli

Thursday: Sandwiches, pizza, or quesadillas/nachos

black beans + mashed avocado + fritos
