Saturday: Brett grills/cooks
grilled chicken bacon sliders + sliced citrus + fries + homemade ranch
Sunday: Grain bowl/loaded chopped salad/prep for week
Brett grills chicken and/or blackened salmon
balsamic vinaigrette + spinach + slice apples + crumble goat cheese + quinoa + candied pecans + oven roasted sweet potatoes
tater tot casserole (omit bacon?) + pancake muffins
Make green juice, make tea
Monday-Wednesday: Brett in Dallas
black beans + mashed avocado or eggs or on a tostada with lettuce, cheese, and crema
(2 c dried black beans + 6-8 c good, quality broth in crockpot on high for 8 hours)
(in the last hour, mash some of the beans to release some of the starch -- makes for thicker, syrupy beans YUM)
juice + smoothies + pb/honey english muffins + leftovers
Thursday: Sandwiches, pizza, or quesadillas/nachos
