7/21 menu plan

saturday:
chopped spinach and strawberry salad + grilled chicken + balsamic vinaigrette
parmesan baked sweet potatoes and/or twice baked potatoes (from freezer)
simple buttermilk drop biscuits
eat leftovers all week for lunch/dinner

sunday:
movie date with B

monday - thursday:
B goes to dallas
smoothies with granola + leftovers + yogurt parfaits
turkey sandwiches + quesadillas
