make ahead meals:
mexican rice + black beans + queso + tortilla chips
bbq chicken sandwiches (from freezer)
strawberry spinach salad with quinoa and goat cheese (use jalapeno chicken in freezer)
chicken and dumplings
garlic butter salmon + rice

other:
sandwiches/quesadillas
avocado toast
fatty's grandma's cheez eggs
breakfast tacos
oatmeal pancakes
smoothies/juices
carrots + ranch
hardboiled eggs
