enchiladas (from freezer)

leftovers

wednesday:
tacos (meat from freezer)
refried beans (from freezer)
lettuce (from CSA) + tomatoes + crema

thursday:
quesadillas
seasoned beans + mexican rice

friday:
club sandwiches + chips
