- with perfect potato soup (I omit bacon bc I prefer to sprinkle on top, if at all + I use 1.5-2c pepper jack cheese)
tuesday:
tamales (from freezer, thanks to this holiday tradition)
- + big bowl of mashed avocado
- I love my avocado tool
- whatever fruit we have lying around
wednesday:
trader joe's mandarin orange chicken
+ rice (I love my rice cooker)
thursday:
or, or! leftover soup + pigs in a blanket or BLTs
we'll see how we feel.
friday: fajita friday or leftovers
