7/15 menu plan

Monday:
meal prep monday
sandwiches

Tuesday:
costco fish + leftover tartar sauce in fridge
potato bundles (use up potatoes in pantry)
fruit (or steamed green beans in freezer?)

Wednesday:
quick, slow cooker, or instant pot
blackened salmon (or this recipe) (it's awesome on the below salad)
hot, blackened salmon + mixed greens + goat cheese + sliced grapes + TJ's candied pecans + balsamic vin + diced red onion (optional)
salad inspiration: this and this
make mason jar salads for lunch with extra salad

Thursday:
quick, slow cooker, or instant pot
leftover salad + fruit

Friday:
pizza, meal kit, or date
date (use thundercloud coupon?)

Saturday:
slow cooker or brett cooks
eat with family

Sunday:
slow cooker sunday, brett cooks, or family times
brunch: lemon yogurt bread (make into muffins)
dinner: dinner with b's parents
