10/20 menu plan

saturday:
lunch: sandwiches or pepperoni quesadilla
grilled steak and veggie kabobs
luby's mac and cheese + steamed veggies

sunday:
breakfast:
bbq chicken kabobs
rudy's creamed corn + potato bundles
use leftover bread in fridge to make buttered toasts
use leftover potatoes to make twice baked potatoes for freezer

monday:
b grills burgers + fries

tuesday:
pioneer woman potato soup (from freezer) + bacon/cheese/green onions
ham and cheddar biscuits
use leftover buttermilk to make oatmeal pancake muffins for freezer

wednesday:
king ranch casserole (double for freezer)
steamed veggies

thursday:
slow cooker broccoli cheese soup (from the freezer) + garlicky red potatoes

friday:
tamales from neighborhood lady
