12/29 menu plan

friday:
tomato soup  (freeze half) + garlic bread + grape and goat cheese salad + quinoa + salmon
(eat leftovers for lunch all week)

saturday:
chicken noodle soup (use rotisserie chicken - freeze half)
leftover garlic bread or red lobster biscuits

sunday:
use trader joe's chinese food for lunch (in freezer)
nye reservations at la fonda

monday:
slow cooker chili (use taco meat in freezer) + fritos + cheese (freeze leftovers)
double, make for freezer: perfect blueberry muffins (sub greek yogurt)
peanut butter chocolate chip oatmeal cookies (add flaxseed for eggs)
new year's day

tuesday:
pancakes + smoothies
make smoothie packets with produce in freezer - add flaxseed, chia, and oatmeal

wednesday:
baked potatoes + leftover chili
spinach with garlic chips

thursday:
whole wheat spaghetti + meatballs (use meatballs in freezer)
garlic bread
