4/2 menu plan

breakfast/lunches:
smoothies/juice
beans and rice/grilled cheese
carrots + jalapeno ranch

saturday:
warm arugula salad with poached eggs
dutch oven artisan bread

sunday:
fettucine alfredo
caesar salad + wilted kale

monday:
guacamole + chips
fruit

tuesday:
ground beef tacos (tomato+lettuce+crema) (freeze half)
refried beans (freeze half)
mexican rice

wednesday:
oven omelette (use leftover veggies/cheese)
mixed greens with strawberries salad (use CSA salad+dressing in fridge)+cornbread croutons
leftover bread

thursday:
tuna salad sandwiches
chips+fruit

friday:
pizza (use up sauce, pepperoni, and cheese)
