6/23 menu plan

tuesday:
panko crusted honey mustard salmon (use whataburger honey mustard + panko, 400 deg for 17 min)
apple, grape, and candied pecan salad with honey mustard dressing (sub feta)
buttered rosemary rolls + roasted asparagus (2tbs melted butter + garlic salt, 400 deg for 25 min)

wednesday:
shrimp taquitos (triple, freeze)
mashed avocado + chips
black beans (16 oz dried beans + 8 c chicken broth, 8 hours on high in crockpot, season with s+p)

thursday:
leftover salmon + salad
twice baked potatoes (from freezer + cornbread (use box from pantry)

friday:
oven roasted sausage and peppers (use sausage in freezer)
baked parmesan sweet potatoes + leftover cornbread
