friday:

stuffed salmon (from heb)

leftovers

sunday:
blueberry muffins
dinner with family

monday:
chicken spaghetti (from freezer)
butternut squash + roasted frozen asparagus (how to roast any frozen veggie)
freezer cooking: black bean taquitos

tuesday:
slow cooker pinto beans + brown rice (bring leftovers to nb for lunch)
cornbread muffins (double, freeze)

wednesday:
ritz cracker chicken (chicken from freezer)
for caesar chicken wraps
grapefruit + everything bagel sweet potato chips

thursday:
bring abbie food!
slow cooker meatball stroganoff + brown rice
roasted broccoli + roasted green beans
