1/19 menu plan

friday:
fly home
macaroni and cheese (from pantry)
cut-up apples

saturday:
olive garden salad
twice baked potatoes (from freezer)

sunday:
easy tiger date - buy some good bread!
crockpot broccoli cheese soup + saltines (to use up evaporated milk in pantry) (freeze leftovers)
ham and cheese muffins (from freezer) + baked potatoes

monday:
b working out of town all week - make him protein boxes to take 
(make a breakfast one and snack one for his drives)
breakfast one: banana muffins from freezer, grapefruit, hardboiled egg
lunch one: nut butter, cheese, grapefruit, apple, trail mix
trader joe's chinese food
brown rice + grapefruit

tuesday: 
crispy baked potatoes
leftover chili (from freezer) + green onions + cheese + sour cream
(other ideas for leftover chili here)

wednesday:
juju's ritz cracker chicken
chicken caesar salad wraps + croutons
waffle fries + grapefruit

thursday: swimming
meatball subs (use meatballs and provolone in freezer)
spinach with garlic chips + waffle fries

for maui flight tomorrow:
cream cheese English muffins
raisin bran crunch + cheerios + sliced banana
grapefruit (freeze to keep cooler cold) + strawberries + apples
peanut butter chocolate chip cookies (use dough in freezer) (freeze to keep cooler cold)
turkey wraps (just flaxseed wrap + turkey)  + mayo packets + chips
crackers + cheese + summer sausage + strawberry preserves
