10/28 menu plan

saturday:
halloween party - bring queso
leftover potato soup + bacon

sunday:
juice csa greens for week
quesadillas + rice and beans
b grills fajita chicken
(burrito bowls for lunches this week)

monday:
lemon dill salmon
parmesan sweet potatoes (or 400 degrees s&p 30 min)
crispy baked eggplant

tuesday:
black bean and sweet potato quesadillas + smoothies
use leftover sweet potatoes

wednesday:
jalapeno pigs in a blanket
(regular for me)

thursday:
leftovers
homesick texan book signing

friday:
bean + cheese nachos
