saturday:
dinner with karen
cheesy potatoes
salad (triple for lunches)

sunday:
pesto + provolone grilled cheese
pioneer woman tomato soup (+ diced english spinach)

monday:
asian salmon
roasted bok choy + eggplant + rice

tuesday:
fettucine alfredo

wednesday:
kale and sausage pizza (over leftover pizza crust)

thursday:
cheesy black bean stuffed sweet potatoes with arugula and poached egg

friday:
creamy white chili + brown rice
